TERMS OF SERVICE (TOS)
Billing:
Web Weaving Design, Inc. requires a 20% deposit on all web site design
and related work. The balance is due when page is published and an invoice
is sent. All accounts that are not paid in full 30
days from invoice date will be taken down from the server until full
payment is received.
Site Submission to Search Engines:
Web Weaving Design, Inc. will submit your web site to all the major
search engines, but does not guarantee placement in or ranking in the individual
search engines. We do have a relationship with a company that specializes in search engine placement and
rankings. If you would like to use this service a quote can be obtained
for you by Web Weaving Design, Inc.
Copyrights and Trademarks.
The client represents to
Web Weaving Design. Inc. and unconditionally guarantees that any
elements of text, graphics, photos, designs, trademarks, or other
artwork furnished to Web Weaving Design. Inc. for inclusion in web pages
are owned by the client, or that the client has permission from the
rightful owner to use each of these elements, and will hold harmless,
protect, and defend Web Weaving Design, Inc. and its subcontractors
from any claim or suit arising from the use of such elements furnished
by the client.
All logos and graphics are
to be supplied by client. If custom logos or graphics are
needed there will be additional fees for graphic artist design
time.. There are no additional charges for scanning
images for use on the web site.
All Images furnished by client for use on
their web site will not be returned unless requested. They will be kept on file
with Web Weaving Design, Inc.
Maintenance Contract:
Maintenance fees are billed monthly, all
accounts that are not paid in full 30 days from invoice date will be taken down
from the server until full payment is received.
Web Weaving Design, Inc. is not
responsible for any down time from your web hosting server.
If you are hosting with a company we have a relationship with, we will
make calls to our contacts to try and resolve the problem.
